Standarder

• EN 342

Protective clothing like coveralls and two-piece suits with the EN 342 rating are tested for their ability to protect against cold environments, including thermal insulation, wind resistance, and optionally water penetration. This means the clothing helps keep you warm, dry, and safe in temperatures of -5°C and below, reducing the risk of body cooling.

• EN 343:2019

Protective clothing with the EN 343 rating is tested for resistance to water penetration and water vapour, meaning its waterproofness and breathability. This ensures you stay dry and comfortable in rain, snow, and humid conditions, helping you perform better outdoors.

  Testresultat

  • Breathability Class 3

This garment offers a high level of breathability, making it comfortable during strenuous activity. It allows sweat vapor to escape, keeping you drier from the inside while working in wet or foul weather conditions.

  • Downpour X

Provides certified protection against rain, fog, and ground moisture for everyday use. This garment is tested for waterproofness and breathability but has not undergone the optional, final simulated downpour test for a finished garment.

  • Waterproofness Class 1

Provides the most basic level of protection against rain and moisture for short periods. This garment is suitable for working in light rain or drizzle, offering a minimal barrier against getting wet in damp conditions.

Märkningar

• PPE Kategori 2
