Standarder

• EN 11612:2015

Protective clothing, such as garments, gaiters, hoods, and overshoes, with the EN 11612 rating is tested for protection against heat and flame, including limited flame spread, convective, radiant, and contact heat, plus molten metal splashes. This rating helps you choose apparel that provides reliable safety from various thermal hazards, ensuring your protection in environments with such risks.

• EN 61482-2

Protective clothing with the EN 61482-2 rating is tested for protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc, such as intense heat and flames. This means the clothing helps prevent severe burns by limiting heat transfer during an arc flash incident, enhancing user safety.

• EN IEC 61482-1-1

Protective clothing with the EN IEC 61482-1-1 rating is tested for its ability to protect against the thermal hazards of an electric arc, measuring its arc rating (ELIM, ATPV, or EBT). This ensures the garment provides a specified level of protection against heat and potential burns from an electric arc flash.

Märkningar

• PPE Kategori 3
