The knit softshell material moves well during active tasks, and the softshell reinforcements seem to offer decent protection in key areas. I like the high, non-scratchy collar as it blocks wind without being irritating. However, the placement of the reflective strips could be improved to be more visible from the sides for better all-around safety.
