This high-visibility winter traffic jacket combines waterproof protection with thermal insulation for demanding outdoor work environments.     I've worn this hi-vis jacket in some pretty nasty weather and stayed surprisingly dry, even in a downpour. The storm flap over the zipper is a nice touch, and the drawstring hood really seals out the wind. My only complaint is that the outer pockets are a bit shallow, so I wouldn't trust them with anything valuable. It's a solid piece of gear for staying visible and protected on the job.
